Terms and Conditions of Use

The rules of the SelfDefenseCamp service, the responsibilities of the parties, and the limits of legal liability.

1. Subject of the Service and Definitions

SelfDefenseCamp (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") offers corporate training programs in cybersecurity and data infrastructure protection, intended exclusively for IT departments in the enterprise environment.

"Service" means access to technical bootcamps, network vulnerability simulations, server hardening sessions, and related support materials, delivered in digital or physical format, according to the description of each program.

"Client" designates the legal entity or entity that enters into a contract with the Provider for the purchase of the aforementioned services.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Provider undertakes to deliver the services according to the technical specifications agreed upon in advance, with qualified personnel and in compliance with cybersecurity industry standards.

The Client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information about its own infrastructure, to ensure secure access to the targeted systems, and to follow the safety instructions communicated by the Provider during the programs.

The Client does not have the right to redistribute, resell, or sublicense the content of the received materials without the written consent of the Provider.

Data Confidentiality

The Provider treats all commercial and technical data of the Client as confidential information, using it exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the contracted services.

The data is not stored on external servers after the program's completion, except for technical backups necessary for internal audit, retained for a maximum of 90 days.

3. Limitations of Liability

The Provider is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, business interruptions, or data compromise caused by actions of the Client or third parties, including external cyber attacks that cannot be prevented through reasonable measures.

The total liability of the Provider for any claim related to the service is limited to the value of the contract concluded for that respective program, except in cases of proven gross negligence or fraud.

Vulnerability simulations are conducted in controlled environments and do not guarantee the absolute immunity of the Client's infrastructure against real threats.

4. Conditions of Use and Termination

Access to services is permitted only to designated employees of the Client, based on a list submitted in advance. Any unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of the contract.

The Provider may suspend or terminate the service with 7 days' notice if the Client repeatedly breaches contractual obligations, without remedying the situation within 5 business days of notification.

The Client may terminate the contract at any time, with a 14-day written notice. In this case, amounts paid for services not rendered will be returned proportionally, less the administrative costs incurred by the Provider.

5. Modification of Terms and Contact

The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, notifying the Client at least 30 days in advance by email. If the Client does not accept the changes, they may terminate the contract without penalty within the notice period.

For legal questions or complaints, the Client may contact the Provider at: B-dul. Făget 5/5, phone 0710810400, email info@selfdefensecamp.com.
